Dan's Story (City of Seattle v. Dan)

Outcome: Assault of a Child DISMISSED.

Description: Dan was charged with two counts of assault of a child. Dan was a contractor who found himself charged with two emotionally jarring offenses.  His sister claimed that he abused her son and his friend.  Dan was confused, scared, and was looking at a lengthy jail term.  His life was falling apart.  We were able to find justice for Dan.  After conducting a lengthy investigation we were able to show that Dan's sister was trying to get Dan evicted from the house they shared and her claims were a ploy aimed at getting a no contact order. The case was dismissed and Dan was able to keep his house, his job, and his liberty.
